Alex Pierce is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and development. Currently serving as a People and Culture Strategic Business Partner at Barnett Waddingham since November 2014, Alex has held multiple roles including HR Business Consultant, HR Operations Manager (Maternity Cover), HR Business Adviser, HR Operations Coordinator, and HR Assistant. Prior experience includes working as an HR Administrator at The Property Centre from August 2009 to December 2014. Alex holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire and a BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Nursing Science from the University of the West of England.
