Nicole Williams, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as the Strategic People Partner Director at The Aerospace Corporation since March 2017, Nicole has previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Metabiota and various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Human Resources Business Partner, Manager, and Senior. Nicole's expertise encompasses talent management, change management, organizational development, and employee relations, ensuring alignment of human capital with business strategies across diverse industries. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland.
