Chrystal Struben

Chrystal Struben, MBA is an experienced professional with a background in marketing, development, and education. Currently serving as the President and CEO of AYS Inc, Chrystal is dedicated to enriching the lives of children outside of the school day. Previously, Chrystal has held leadership roles at Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky and The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, where Chrystal excelled in fundraising, marketing, and strategic partnerships. With a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University and a Master's in Business Administration from Butler University, Chrystal has demonstrated a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
