Carter Cathey

Carter Cathey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, Carter worked as a Marketing Representative at Sweet Talk Productions, where they successfully sold bundled media solutions to mid-market companies. Carter then moved on to Blair Television in 1998, where they served as an Account Executive, selling commercial airtime for television stations across Texas and Arkansas.

In 2001, Carter joined Freebie, Inc. as a Senior Director of Business Development, selling technology to CEOs and CMOs. Subsequently, they joined The Nielsen Company in 2003 as a Client Service Executive, managing a large portfolio of strategic clients.

Carter later joined e-Rewards in 2007 and held multiple roles, including Managing Director of Market Research Sales and Director of Syndicated Services via Strategic Partnerships. In these roles, they successfully launched a new business unit, managed a sales team, and exceeded sales targets.

In 2012, Carter joined Research Now SSI as the Vice President of Sales Strategy & Operations. Carter held this position until 2015 when they joined Dynata as the Senior Vice President of Client Development, where they led client development initiatives.

In 2019, Carter founded Texas Capital, LLC, and currently serves as the Founder. Lastly, in 2021, Carter joined AYTM as the Vice President of Account Management, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Global Sales.

Carter Cathey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Texas. In addition to this, Carter obtained a certification as a High Performance Work Place - Facilitator/Trainer from HPWP Consulting, LLC in March 2014.
