Emily Kelley

Emily Kelley is an experienced professional in training and program management, currently serving as Senior Learning Manager at aytm since September 2021. In this role, Emily creates and manages training materials and collaborates with various teams to enhance client onboarding and engagement. Previous experience includes a Program Manager position at Bethany Community Church, where Emily coordinated over 150 events annually and managed significant departmental budgets. Additional roles in worship ministries and administrative support have contributed to a robust skill set in project coordination, educational content creation, and team management. Emily holds a Technical Writing Certificate from Bellevue College and a BA in Communication Specialist, Religion from Baylor University.
