Gaurav Gadgil

Gaurav Gadgil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gaurav is currently serving as the Sr VP - Products at Ayu Health since August 2022. Prior to this, Gaurav worked at Amazon for eight years, holding various positions including Business Head, Amazon Distribution, Head of Product - Amazon Business and Amazon Distribution, and Principal Product Manager.

Before joining Amazon, Gaurav worked at FedEx Express as a Strategic Marketing Advisor from July 2012 to September 2014, and as a Product Manager - E-Commerce and Reverse Logistics from September 2010 to July 2012. Gaurav was responsible for providing strategic direction, project leadership, and developing solutions/models/processes to improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Gaurav has experience as a Product Manager - UPS Products at AFL PVT LTD, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of 'UPS Express Cargo Services' and achieving revenue targets.

Gaurav also has experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a Senior Manager at Maytas Infra Private Limited from March 2008 to April 2009. Their role involved developing business cases for investment into greenfield projects and improving/positioning properties to command a premium in the real estate market.

Earlier in their career, Gaurav worked as a Software Engineer at HSBC Global Technologies from July 2006 to March 2007, and at Infosys Technologies Ltd from December 2003 to June 2006.
