Under Sreejith's leadership, the organization achieved its highest historical sales and profitability while executing a merger with Apollo Hospitals and launching the "AyurVAID inside" Hospital Operating System. Prior to this role, Sreejith held positions at udaan.com, Landmark Group, A.T. Kearney, and various engineering firms, contributing to significant business transformations and operational efficiencies. Sreejith's educational background includes a B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a PGPM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with an exchange program at HEC Paris.
