Robert Dunning Cem, Chc

Robert Dunning, CEM, CHC has extensive work experience in facilities management and project management. Robert is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at A/Z Corporation since July 2022. Previously, from August 2019 to September 2022, they served as the Assistant Director of Facilities Management at Bryant University.

Before that, Robert worked as the Director of Facilities Management at South County Hospital from November 2014 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Facility Manager at ARAMARK Healthcare from October 2011 to October 2014, where they directed engineering and facility management at a large hospital system.

From 2010 to 2011, they worked at ARAMARK where they served as a Manager, Technical Services, and later as the Director of Facilities. Robert Dunning, CEM, CHC, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi. In addition to their education, Dunning has obtained several certifications, including Certified Healthcare Constructor from the American Hospital Association in April 2018, Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers in March 2018, LEED AP O+M from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in February 2010, and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager from the American Hospital Association in February 2009.
