Ms. Jodi Shafron-Kaplan is the Sr. Vice President, Operations, leading a team of scientific, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain professionals responsible for manufacturing and distribution of A&Z products.
With more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Shafron-Kaplan joined A&Z in 2016 as the Director of Human Resources and has been part of the key leadership team with increasing responsibility across a broad range of areas. In 2021, she assumed her current role.
