Hufriz Wadia is a partner at AZB & Partners. Hufriz has extensive experience in Indian and international law, having worked in Mumbai, Chennai, India and Dubai at leading law firms. Her expertise lies in Banking and Finance, Corporate law, M&A, Private Equity and Employment laws. Hufriz also works in the Capital Markets arena, both debt and equity. Hufriz has worked extensively on syndicated, bilateral and structured finance transactions, advised on regulatory issues, foreign exchange and corporate laws and structures. Hufriz regularly publishes articles on law, is invited as a speaker at seminars by leading industry associations all over India including the Confederation of Indian Industry, Institute of Company Secretaries, NASSCOM and the British Business Group and is also a member of expert committees of industry associations.

Hufriz Wadia has a career as a solicitor in England & Wales, India, and the United Kingdom. Hufriz is also a LLB holder from the University of Mumbai and has a B.A in Economics from Sophia College, University of Mumbai.
