Eric Fabich

Eric Fabich has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eric started their career as a Supervisor at Trig's in 2012, overseeing store operations and managing a team of 40-50 employees while juggling school and other commitments. In 2013, they worked as a Carpenter/Student at Rhinelander High School Building Trades, where they gained hands-on experience in reading blueprints and leading small groups in construction tasks. From 2014 to 2017, Eric worked as a Carpenter at Dave Fletcher Construction, where they participated in various projects, including demolitions, remodels, and full builds, while specializing in framing, roofing, siding, and trim jobs. In 2015, they transitioned to Menomonie Home Furnishings as an Employee until 2017.

From 2017 onwards, Eric embarked on a career in project coordination and preconstruction. Eric first worked as a Field Project Coordinator Intern at AZCO, where they assisted in project safety, scheduling, engineering, material control, and provided support to project foremen and superintendents. Eric then progressed to become a Field Project Coordinator, responsible for maintaining project records and files, implementing safety programs, and supporting on-site functions. In 2021, Eric transitioned to the role of Lead Project Coordinator at AZCO, providing project support during the transition from estimating to project kick-off.

Eric Fabich completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Eric attended this institution from 2014 to 2018. During their time at the university, Eric also pursued a minor in Business Administration and Management, General from 2017 to 2018.

Before attending the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Eric earned their General Educational Development (GED) Diploma from Rhinelander High School. Eric completed their high school education from 2010 to 2014, fulfilling the state requirements of academic skills for high school completion.

In addition to their formal education, Eric Fabich obtained two certifications. Firstly, they became an Associate Constructor (AC) through the American Institute of Constructors in May 2018. Secondly, Eric acquired the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health certification from OSHA, but the dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
