Andrea Welsh, Chartered FCIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Azenta Life Sciences since September 2022, Andrea provides strategic leadership for the Sample Management Solutions division and is the HR lead for the EMEA region, focusing on M&A due diligence and integration. Previous roles include Global Head of HR Operations at Fishawack Health, where responsibilities included enhancing the employee experience and implementing a global HR operating model. Earlier experience encompasses leadership roles at Promethean, Bupa, Co-operative Financial Services, and Capital One Bank Europe, where Andrea has a proven track record in employee engagement, operational efficiency, and change management.
