Ephraim Starr

Ephraim Starr is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Currently serving as SVP General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Azenta Life Sciences, Ephraim oversees all legal affairs and supports the Board of Directors. As a co-founder of Little Star LLC, Ephraim provides vital services to individuals with disabilities and their caregivers in Colorado. Previous roles include General Counsel at PHC Holdings Corporation and VP & General Counsel at DH Water Quality LLC, along with significant leadership positions at Lenovo and Danaher Corporation. Ephraim's education includes a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. Cum Laude in English and Physics from Amherst College.
