Hisham Satti

Hisham Satti has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Hisham started their career as an Administrative Assistant Intern at the Dental Society of Greater Orlando in 2014. Following this, they worked as an Intern (Assistant Office Manager) at Northern Virginia Dental Arts in 2015, where they handled patient payments, insurance coordination, and billing.

In 2016, Hisham joined Miceli Dairy Products Company as a Quality Assurance/Microbiology Lab Technician. Hisham'sresponsibilities included inspecting finished products, testing raw materials and finished products for quality attributes, and ensuring safety and quality in the plant.

From 2019 to 2021, Hisham worked at Community Action Against Addiction, Inc. as a High Complexity CLIA Assistant Lab Supervisor. In this role, they had regulatory responsibilities, developed and revised SOP manuals, conducted staff evaluations, and implemented quality assurance protocols.

In 2021, they joined Grifols Plasma Center as a Quality Specialist II. Hisham'sresponsibilities involved completing investigations of complaints, analyzing monthly trending cases, and initiating corrective/preventative actions based on complaint trends.

Currently, Hisham is working at Azenta Life Sciences as an Operations Lead Technician. Hisham'srole includes following GMP and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and coordinating with leadership to anticipate customer needs.

Hisham Satti pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Following that, they continued their academic journey at the University of Central Florida, where they enrolled in the Master of Science (M.S.) program in Health Services Administration. Hisham successfully completed their master's degree from 2011 to 2014.
