Monica McAndrews

Monica McAndrews, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting at Azenta Life Sciences since May 2023. With extensive experience as an Assurance Manager, Assurance Senior, and Assurance Staff at EY from August 2017 to May 2023, Monica also completed an Assurance Internship at EY in summer 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Dance Teacher at Ballet Petite and Youth Performing Arts School from May 2011 to January 2017, where Monica developed strong communication skills in handling sensitive situations involving students and parents. Monica participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at EY in May 2015 and served as the Director of External Philanthropy for Alpha Phi Theta Iota in 2014. Monica holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from James Madison University, achieved in 2016 and 2016 respectively.
