Rui Fan

Rui Fan is currently the Director of Technical Support and Business Development at Azenta Life Sciences, leading a technical team and inside sales to enhance genomics service and business development for the Store business since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Field Applications Scientist for APAC at Quanterix, where leadership was provided to the APAC FAS team for customer support. Positions at Roche involved pre-sales and post-sales training related to automated nucleotide extraction and NGS products. Rui also worked at Illumina, contributing as a Field Application Scientist and Technical Application Scientist, and provided technical support during tenure at Life Technologies. Earlier roles include serving as the Asia Pacific Technical Account Manager Supervisor at GenScript Corporation and a Lab Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. Rui Fan holds a Master's degree in Pomology with a focus on Gene Engineering and Molecular Biology from Huazhong Agricultural University and an additional Master's in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
