Shilpa Gadgimath Rao

Shilpa Gadgimath Rao is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Lead - Delivery at Azentio Software since May 2022. Previously, Shilpa held the position of HRBP - Talent Acquisition at Solutionec from January 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment life cycle and implementing hiring plans. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at DocOn Technologies and as a Senior Recruiter at Home Credit India and Quikr. Shilpa began the HR career with V4U ManPower, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes. Shilpa holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth and an MBA in Marketing and HR from KLE’S IMSR, along with a Bachelor’s of Commerce from Karnataka Women's University.
