Turkel Alizada

Turkel Alizada has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Turkel is currently serving as the Head of Finance Division at Azerbaijan Airlines since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Deputy Head of Finance Division at the same company from July 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Azerbaijan Airlines, Turkel worked as a Financial Controller at Blue Planet Distribution LLC from February 2022 to May 2022. Turkel has also held various finance management positions at Bravo Supermarket Azerbaijan, including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager, Accounting Team Leader, Senior Accountant, and Accountant from October 2015 to January 2022. In addition, they worked as a Junior Accountant and Accountant Assistant at Pasha Construction LLC from November 2012 to September 2015. Turkel also gained experience in the regulatory field by working as the Head of External Affairs Department and Specialist at Legal Regulation of Audit at the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic from May 2012 to November 2012. Turkel started their professional career with an internship at AtaHolding OJSC in March 2012.

Turkel Alizada completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Khazar University in the years 2007-2011. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Auditing from Khazar University during the years 2011-2014.
