Vusala Isayeva

Vusala Isayeva has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vusala started their career in 2011 with roles in customer services and credit departments at Azərbaycan Sənaye Bankı (ASB) and the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2012, they worked at UNDP as part of the 7th Internet Governance Forum. From 2013 to 2018, they held various positions at Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan, specializing in alternative delivery channels, retail product development, and card products. In 2018, they joined Azercell Telecom LLC as a CRM specialist. In 2019, they transitioned to ABB, where they worked as a senior CRM specialist, campaign manager, and senior product owner until 2023. Currently, they are the Deputy Head of Strategic Development at Azerbaijan Airlines.

Vusala Isayeva completed their Bachelor's degree in Economical Cybernetics with a focus on Information Science and Management at Azerbaijan State Economic University from 2006 to 2011. Vusala then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing, specializing in Master of Business Administration, at the same university from 2011 to 2013.
