Tayfun Gudratli

Tayfun Gudratli, LL.M. currently serves as the Head of Contracts Drafting and Documentation Division at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları since November 2019, where responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting tender procedures, and ensuring compliance with procurement laws. Concurrently, Tayfun is a member of the Tender Committee, overseeing tender evaluations and compliance processes. Previous experience includes a role as a Compensation Specialist at Ryanair, managing passenger flight claims, and numerous positions within the European Youth Parliament Azerbaijan, including President, where leadership focused on promoting European issues and youth involvement in politics. Tayfun holds a Master of Laws in European and International Business Law from the University of Debrecen and a Bachelor of Laws in Jurisprudence from Baku State University.
