Ayya Abdullayeva

Ayya Abdullayeva has extensive experience in procurement and category management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in the Technology Operations Category Management section at Azercell Telecom LLC since May 2018. Prior roles include positions as an Infrastructure Category Procurement section specialist and Centralized Procurement Specialist at Azercell. Prior to this, Ayya worked at Halliburton as a Buyer from February 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing a purchasing database system on Microsoft Office Access. Earlier experience includes serving as a Procurement Officer at Weatherford from September 2009 to February 2013. Ayya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in organization and business management from Azerbaijan State Economic University and a Bachelor's degree in Oil-Mechanical from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
