Emin Movsumov

Emin Movsumov has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as the IT Services, Operations and Maintenance Section Manager at Azercell Telecom LLC since April 2011. Emin leads teams responsible for various IT functions, ensuring reliability, security, and innovation. Previous roles include Chief IT Solutions Architect and IT Solutions Architect, where Emin consulted on solution design and provided strategic input on technology investments. Emin's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior System Engineer and Value-Added Services Engineer, supporting critical business systems and maintaining telecom services. Emin began a career in IT at Azercell as a Technical Help Desk Specialist and previously worked at Pentagon Freight Services as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. Emin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Power Engineering from Azerbaijan Technological University.
