Ilham Seyidnurov

Ilham Seyidnurov is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the acting IT Director at Azercell Telecom LLC since September 2011. Prior roles at Azercell include IT Deputy Director and Head of IT Projects Management Unit, showcasing a strong background in project management and software testing. As a co-founder of SOTEQA, Azerbaijan's first software testing company, Ilham contributed significantly to the industry from September 2012 to May 2017. Previous experience at TuranBank OJSC involved roles as Senior Software Developer and Software Developer. Ilham holds a Master's degree in Computer Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, both from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
