Omni-channel Request Handling Unit Head at Azercell Telecom LLC

Yakhshikhanim Hajiyeva has extensive experience in customer service and quality management, currently serving as the Omni-Channel Request Handling unit head at Azercell since February 2001. Responsibilities include coordinating efforts across departments, facilitating communication between groups, and revising processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Yakhshikhanim held positions as Service Quality Management unit head, Training Center head, and Front Office team member at Azercell, as well as working as a sales representative at Centelecom from October 1999 to February 2001. Yakhshikhanim holds a Master's degree from Baku State University, obtained between 1994 and 2000.
