Currently serving as Head of Operations at Azerion, Ayfer has a strong background in overseeing digital product portfolios, crafting product strategies, and leading cross-functional teams. With previous experience at companies like Vodafone, Turk Telekom, and AVEA, Ayfer has demonstrated expertise in managing digital services, mobile applications, and product development projects. Ayfer holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University and has also studied Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata as an exchange student.
