Giorgio Tognola has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Trading and Sales and Head of Middle and Back Office at Azienda Elettrica Ticinese since January 2000. Prior to this role, Giorgio held the position of Presidente at AET Italia S.p.A. from October 2009 to October 2022. Giorgio obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from ETH Zürich, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1997.
