Anjishnu Mahanta

Anjishnu Mahanta is an experienced professional in electrical engineering and research, currently serving as a Member at the Community Climate Lab since December 2021 and as a Research Associate at Azim Premji University since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Anjishnu was a Machine Learning Research Intern at the National Remote Sensing Centre, ISRO, where work focused on image segmentation of thermokarst lakes in Barrow, Alaska. Anjishnu's experience also includes brief stints as a Design Participant with the MIT India Initiative, an Electrical Engineering Intern at Numaligarh Refinery Limited, and an Electrical Engineering Trainee with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India, where analysis of solar plant performance was conducted. Anjishnu began in the field with a training position at Micro-Pro, Kolkata. Anjishnu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Assam Engineering College, completed in 2020.
