Roberto Ferri

Roberto Ferri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and recruitment within the financial sector. Currently, as Managing Director-Recruiting at Azimut since May 2015, Roberto oversees the development of the Wealth Management division and coordinates the recruitment of banking specialists. Prior roles include leading recruiting functions at Allianz Bank Financial Advisors, serving as General Manager and Deputy General Manager at MARZOTTO SIM, and directing human resources at Banca Esperia, where Roberto contributed to the bank's launch and establishment in Italy and abroad. Additional HR management roles were held at Banca Mediolanum, Alcan Aluminum Limited, and L'Unitaria srl. Roberto holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, completed an Accredited Professional Coaching Mastery program at Asterys lab, and studied at SDA Bocconi.
