Thomas Griffin

Thomas Griffin started their work experience as a Bartender at The Swamp Restaurant from July 2004 to May 2007. Thomas then joined Kforce Inc in December 2010 as a Talent Qualification Specialist, specializing in finding positions for IT professionals in the healthcare industry. Thomas had various roles at Kforce, including Specialty TQS - Healthcare IT, Senior Specialty TQS - Healthcare IT, and EMR Senior Talent Rep. In January 2017, they became the EMR Client Relationship Manager & Talent Manager at Kforce before joining Pivot Point Consulting, a Vaco Company, in September 2018 as a Senior Director Business Development. Thomas is currently serving as the Managing Director at Pivot Point Consulting from January 2024.

Thomas Griffin attended the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
