Mulaine Shih

Mulaine Shih is a Computational Research Scientist at Azimuth Corporation since August 2021, where accomplishments include enhancing Python modules for electromagnet simulations and developing inverse design procedures for optical fiber pulse propagation. Prior experience as a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University involved creating computational models for high entropy alloys and utilizing parallel computing for big data processing. Earlier roles at National Tsing Hua University included demonstrating ECG recording capabilities with carbon nanotube micro-electrodes and researching thermomigration of Ag atoms in solder joints. Mulaine Shih holds a PhD in Materials Science from The Ohio State University and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
