Thomas Weigand has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas started their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician, where they supervised a team and maintained and repaired electronic systems on aircraft. After honorable separation from the Navy, they worked as a Loan Officer and Member Service provider at VyStar Credit Union. Thomas then joined Bank of America as a Manager of Loan Registration, where they supervised a team, set goals, and conducted performance reviews. Subsequently, at JPMorgan Chase & Co., they served as a Loss Mitigation Escalation Manager, leading a team and establishing effective relationships with external stakeholders. Thomas returned to Bank of America and held roles such as AVP Manager of Underwriting and VP Group Operations Manager, responsible for managing teams and implementing process improvements. Thomas then worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a VP, Sr. Operations Manager, overseeing a group within the Wealth Management Call Center and driving performance metrics. Currently, they are employed at Azimuth GRC as a Client Implementation Manager.

Thomas Weigand attended North Hills Senior Highschool and graduated with a diploma in General studies in 2000. Thomas then enrolled at Florida State College at Jacksonville and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2010, Thomas pursued a degree in Investment Finance at the University of North Florida.

Continuing their education, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Management at the University of Phoenix in 2012.
