Luciana Martins is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and integrated marketing strategies. Currently serving as a Senior ABM Marketing Manager at Azion since December 2021, Luciana leads the development of the ABM program aimed at customer acquisition and retention, including team building and strategic alignment with sales. Prior experience includes roles as Field Marketing Manager at Red Hat Brasil, where Luciana developed marketing plans and managed integrated campaigns, and various positions at Software AG, progressively advancing from Marketing Analyst to Marketing Coordinator and Manager for LATAM. Luciana holds an MBA in Marketing from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and a Tecnólogo degree in Event Organization and Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
