Kim Flanders has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kim currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Norton Hospital since November 2017. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Director of Case Management at Kingman Regional Medical Center starting in April 2017. Kim Flanders also worked at OSF HealthCare as the Director of Medical Services from October 2005 to November 2016. Kim began their career at Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center as the Manager of the Emergency Department, where they worked from June 1994 to October 2005.
