As Vice President of Operations, Jerry brings 20 years of experience in construction management and operational leadership. His experience leading project teams on ground-up construction, complex expansion and renovation projects, and large-scale capital improvement and master plan programs encompass a diverse portfolio of projects ranging in size from $300,000 to $450 million. Jerry’s extensive construction experience allows him to provide strategic guidance to clients as it relates to planning and construction activities, while leading project management teams in the execution of individual projects as well as implementation of master facility planning efforts.

Vertical commercial construction is completed through our building division, Azteca Enterprises, Inc., while providing horizontal/utility construction services through our civil division, Omega Contracting, Inc.
