Mike Macaluso has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Mike began their career as the Vice President of Operations at Mega Specialties in 1984, where they served until 1992. In 1992, they joined Terra Builders, LLC as a Project Manager, overseeing larger and more complex construction projects. Mike was responsible for communicating with contractors and designers, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, and preparing project status reports and schedules. In 2005, they transitioned to Structuretone Southwest, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they continued to monitor project activities, prepare project schedules and reports, and facilitate project meetings until 2015. Since 2015, Mike has served as a Senior Project Manager at Azteca Enterprises, Inc., where they are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the timely and quality completion of assigned construction projects.
Mike Macaluso completed a four-year apprenticeship program in construction at the Carpenters Union- Dallas Chapter 198 from 1972 to 1975. Prior to that, they studied associated construction coursework at Eastfield College from 1970 to 1972.
