Elchin Niyazov

Elchin Niyazov currently serves as the Advisor to the Chairman at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları - ADY and as the Chief Executive Officer of ADY Property LLC, both positions held since September 2023. Previously, Elchin acted as CEO at Aztelekom and Baktelecom, where tenure lasted from January to September 2023 and November 2022 to September 2023, respectively. From March 2021 to September 2023, Elchin was the General Manager at "Azeronline LTD" JV. Prior roles include Head of Sales at Facility Management Group, Senior Regional Sales Manager at Azercosmos OJSCo, Product Development Manager at Azerbaijan Convention Bureau, and a Business Development Executive at Wallet One. Elchin's earlier experience includes various leadership roles in marketing and sales at As Group Investment. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Master of Arts in Finance and Credit from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
