Elgun Madatli

Elgun Madatli is a procurement professional currently serving as the Head of the Procurement Department and Chief Procurement Officer at Aztelekom since November 2024. Prior to this role, Elgun held the position of Senior Procurement Specialist at Azercell Telecom LLC from October 2021 to November 2024 and previously worked as a Procurement Specialist at SFDI. Elgun also gained experience as a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Agrarian Insurance Fund of Azerbaijan Republic between March 2020 and October 2021. Elgun holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Odlar Yurdu University.
