Hilal Mehdiyev

Hilal Mehdiyev currently serves as the Head of Products at Aztelekom since January 2024. Previously, Hilal held the position of Customer Relations Unit Head at Azeronline Ltd from July 2021 to December 2023, focusing on developing contact center objectives and overseeing agent processes. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Transport Team Member at Baku City Circuit Operations Company in April 2023 and as an Account Relationship Manager at Azercosmos from September 2018 to July 2021, where Hilal managed customer accounts and built strong client relationships. Earlier roles include Customer Relations Manager at Premium Bank OJSC, Customer Care Specialist at Azerpay MMC and Azercell, Dispatcher/Shift Head at Silk Way Business Aviation, and various positions in logistics and hospitality. Hilal holds a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Azerbaijan State University of Languages, earned between 2007 and 2011.
