Previously, Gary held various leadership roles at Alvogen, Alvotech, MSD, and Actavis, where Gary focused on operational excellence, manufacturing, and technical operations. With a background in industrial engineering and a Master's degree in Leadership Innovation and Change, Gary has extensive experience in driving productivity, reliability, and quality improvements throughout global supply chains.
