Cristina Yoshida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, financial planning, and loyalty programs across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Loyalty Program & Ancillary Revenue at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras since March 2015, Cristina has previously held key positions including General Manager of TudoAzul and Azul Viagens, and Product Manager of TudoAzul. Prior to joining Azul, Cristina was a Senior Consultant and Partner at Apsan Consulting Group, and held managerial roles at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included new business development and market entry strategies for international growth. Additional experience includes financial planning and analysis at United Airlines, strategic planning at Telemar, and consulting at Arthur D. Little. Cristina holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
