Harry Muttart

Harry Muttart has extensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java Virtual Machine (JVM) runtime at Azul Systems since April 2009 as a JVM Plumber. Prior to this role, Muttart worked at HP from January 1985 to March 2009 as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the porting and support of the Javasoft hotspot VM implementation to HP-UX. Earlier in a career beginning in March 1978, Muttart served as a Member of Technical Staff at HP, where enhancements were made to the Language Monitor for the HP/300 Amigo, and from December 1981 to October 1984, managed a team at SOLOsystems, inc. focused on developing tools for COBOL on mainframe systems. Muttart holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
