Rupan Talwar has a diverse work experience in various technology and finance-related roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Project Engineer at State Street Global Advisors, where they worked until 2014. They then joined Tulip Telecom as a Network Intern in 2011. In 2015, Rupan interned as a Technology Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before transitioning to a full-time role as a Technology Associate from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they managed infrastructure migration projects and performed system health checks using Linux bash shell scripting. Rupan then moved to BNP Paribas CIB in 2018 as a Technical Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing various application projects, integrating and upgrading loan applications, and implementing AI solutions. Since 2019, Rupan has been working at Azul, first as a Technical Account Manager and currently as a Customer Success Manager.
Rupan Talwar completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on software at Syracuse University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2008 and 2012. Rupan also attended The Indian School from 2006 to 2008 for their high school education. Furthermore, Rupan has obtained additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation 2011 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2018. In December 2018, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
