Vladimir Kuznetsov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Vladimir started their career as a software developer at Uraltrubprom JSC "Urals Pipe Works" in 2007 before moving on to work as a Senior Engineer at Ltd "Financial intelligence" from 2008 to 2010. Vladimir then joined Skylink as a Linux System Administrator, where they supported and deployed various systems and managed a team of system administrators in the Ural region.
In 2011, Kuznetsov joined VimpelCom, Russia as a Linux System Administrator, where they supported and developed the Local Resource Blocking System and managed various systems such as AAA (Radius), DNS, and DHCP. Vladimir also had experience with configuration management tools like Puppet and monitoring tools like Zabbix and Nagios.
Kuznetsov joined Mosenergo in 2012 as a Team Leader and later became the Head of IT Infrastructure. In this role, they managed IT infrastructure and led a team in implementing and maintaining system solutions.
In 2017, Kuznetsov joined Lamoda Group as a Devops Engineer and then moved to Yandex.Money as the Head of Infrastructure. At Yandex.Money, they managed the IT infrastructure team, focused on improving time-to-market, stability, and cost efficiency. Vladimir also led the refactoring and redesign of the IT architecture, transitioning from a monolith solution to microservices.
From 2018 to 2020, Kuznetsov worked at Rostelecom Data Centres as a Senior Linux Administrator. Vladimir was responsible for deploying, managing, improving, and monitoring the Openstack cloud. Vladimir also utilized technologies like rsyslog, Kafka, Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for logging and visualization, and wrote Ansible playbooks for server and service management.
Before their current role as a DevOps Engineer at Azul, Kuznetsov worked at Huawei as the DevOps Team Lead from 2019 to 2021, where they led a team in implementing DevOps practices.
Throughout their career, Kuznetsov has gained experience in software development, Linux system administration, infrastructure management, and DevOps. Vladimir has proven their ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and improve process efficiency within organizations.
Vladimir Kuznetsov pursued their education from 2003 to 2008 at Ural State Technical University. During this period, they earned a degree in Information Systems and Technologies and became an Engineer.
