Luciano Buszmicz

Luciano Buszmicz has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Luciano started their career in 2000 as a Team Manager at Santa Fe Sistemas SA, where they supervised development projects and provided technical guidance to the team. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Project Manager at NK Studios, creating and executing project work plans.

In 2003, Luciano took on the role of CEO and Technical Director at CYGNE Soluciones Inegrales para Countries. Luciano attended board meetings, contributed to strategic planning, and defined the technological strategy for each project. Luciano also established standards and procedures for tracking and measuring project progression.

From 2010 to 2012, Luciano worked at ITX Corp. as a Technical Leader and Technology Integration Specialist. In these roles, they led a team and implemented technology solutions for the company.

In 2013, Luciano joined Meta as a SR Full Stack Engineer, where they worked until 2015. Luciano then joined Canon Inc. as a Full Stack Engineer from 2015 to 2017. At Velocity Partners, they served as a Team Leader from 2015 to 2017.

Most recently, Luciano has been working at Azumo, LLC since 2018. Luciano started as a Solutions Manager and then became the Head of Engineering.

Luciano Buszmicz earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Robotics from EETPA Nº 2060 "Gral. San Martín" from 1991 to 1995. Following this, Luciano pursued a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana between 1997 and 1999. Later on, they attended Universidad Blas Pascal from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. As for additional certifications, Luciano earned the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) from Scrum Alliance in July 2015 and the CSD (Certified Scrum Developer) in October 2016.
