Manuel Alfonso has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Manuel started their career as a Software Developer at DINAP SRL, where they worked on PC and Embedded Systems for digital angiography and access control systems. Manuel utilized programming languages such as C, C++, C#, and Visual Basic.
After that, Manuel joined UTN Buenos Aires as a Teaching Assistant, where they assisted in teaching Analysis of Signals and Systems to Electronic Engineering students. Manuel focused on topics like signal types, periodicity, and more.
Later, Manuel joined Neoris as an Image Processing Expert and Senior Consultant. Manuel worked on various projects in this role until November 2020. In December 2020, they took on the role of SW Architect Tech Lead at Neoris, where they continued to contribute until May 2023.
In parallel with their work at Neoris, Manuel also served as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Favaloro. Manuel taught Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Laboratory subjects, covering topics such as algorithms, file access, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts like classes, inheritance, polymorphism, and operator overload.
Most recently, Manuel joined Azumo as a Senior Python Engineer, starting in February 2023. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in software development, teaching, and leadership roles.
Manuel Alfonso began their education journey in 2003 at Universidad Favaloro, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Manuel attended the university for three years, completing their studies in 2005. In 2006, Manuel returned to Universidad Favaloro to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering, which they completed in 2009.
Continuing their academic pursuits, Manuel enrolled at Universidad Favaloro once again in 2014, this time to undertake a Teacher Training Course in University Health Careers. The course lasted for one year.
Lastly, in 2011, Manuel attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering, specializing in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Their doctoral studies extended until 2019.
