Business Operations Manager at Azupay

Paul Hague has a wealth of experience in various roles across a number of industries. Paul began their career in 2003 as an Impact Sales Executive for Cadbury plc. in the Midlands, where they were responsible for creating effective in-store displays and driving sales of Cadbury Trebor Bassett products. In 2007, they moved to NHS England as a Referral Centre Advisor, where they were responsible for data entry and coordination of patient referrals. Later that year, they took on a role as a Content Acquisition Coordinator for Joost. In 2012, they joined POLi Payments as an Operations Manager and Customer and Merchant Support Administrator. In 2019, they became a Product Manager for Webcentral Group, where they were responsible for creating and launching new website products and promotions. In 2021, they joined City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd as a Recoveries Administrator, where they worked with brands such as Bunnings, Coles, Kmart and Target. Finally, in 2022, they took on a role as Business Operations Manager for Azupay.

Paul Hague's education history includes a BSc in Business & Technology from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed A-Levels in Business Studies, Information Technology & English Literature at South East Derbyshire College between 1999 and 2001. Hague also obtained GCSEs in English Literature, Spanish, English, Maths, Science, Business Studies and Resistant Materials from Heanor Gate School between 1994 and 1999. In addition, Hague has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, Webcentral Group, and AXELOS Global Best Practice, as well as the Exceed Leadership Initiative from Australia Post.
