Geoff Holmes has worked in the financial services industry since 1982. Geoff began their career as a Settlements Manager at JM Finn & Co and Capel-Cure Myers. In 1986, they became the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Bache Equities Ltd. In 2009, they became the Chief Information Officer at Oxygen Insurance Brokers Ltd, managing e-commerce projects and strategic initiatives, as well as supervising the London IT departments and regional IT structure. In 2012, they became the Project Manager and Business Project Lead at OIM Underwriting Limited, managing a variety of projects and leading business, process, and technology change initiatives. In 2014, they were the Operations Director at Aqueduct Underwriting Limited. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer at DUAL International Limited, advising senior management on support and technical operations, and monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant Group policies & procedures, laws, and regulations. Since 2017, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Azur Group, collaborating with the executive team to accelerate the growth of the AIG private client book, while reducing and maintaining loss ratios of less than 50%. Geoff also transformed the claims team to work more efficiently, created an online Compliance Monitoring Plan (Control Register), and rolled out Control Registers for all critical areas of the business.

Geoff Holmes attended Brentwood County High School in Essex from 1976 to 1981.
