Chris Holman

Chris joined Azure Capital in 2006.

Chris has over 15 years of experience in corporate advisory, working across industry sectors including mining, infrastructure, industrials/services, private equity and marine on a range of public and private M&A and financing transactions (including debt, equity and principal investment opportunities).

Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked in the Corporate Finance division of Ernst & Young, providing M&A and valuation advice to private and public clients. Prior to this, he headed the West Australian operation for strategy, risk management and quality assurance for a national company, and established his own businesses in London and Vancouver in the health industry.

Chris graduated from the University of Western Australia with Bachelors of Science and Commerce and he has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

Chris is a Director of ScreenWest and is a Member of the Capital Committee for the Starlight Foundation’s new West Australian Starlight Express Room.
