David Flynn

David joined Azure Capital in 2009.

David has over 15 years of experience in corporate advisory and capital markets, working across a variety of industries including telecommunications, engineering & mining services, property and natural resources. David has advised on a range of public and private M&A and financing transactions (including equity, debt, hybrid and emerging market sovereign financings).

Prior to joining the firm, David spent four years working for Union Bancaire Privee in London running a hedge fund focused on active trading of emerging market sovereign and corporate debt, credit derivatives and equity. David previously worked for the investment management division of National Australia Bank.

David holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, and degrees in Mathematics and Commerce (with First Class Honours) from the Curtin University of Technology.

David is Deputy Chair of Perth Arts Festival.
