Donna Croker

Donna joined Azure Capital in 2021.

Donna is an experienced financial services lawyer with a focus on regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Executive Manager, Compliance Advisory at an Australian bank and General Counsel for a financial services and credit provider. Donna also has regulatory experience from her time at ASIC including roles as Manager of Applications and Advice and Senior Policy Lawyer.

Donna holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
